integrated design
The integrated design team understand how the environment in which we live can impact on our lives. Therefore, we look at all aspects of the environment both inside and outside of our homes, to ensure that we can maximise the independence of the people who live with us.
The team look at the colour and contrast of furnishings, walls and floorings. We liaise with sensory loss organisations to ensure that we keep up to date with the very latest signage, lighting/lux levels, loop systems and dietary needs. We also work in partnership with the Sensory Trust to ensure that our outdoor spaces are equally as purposeful and meaningful as the inside of our homes.
With careful thought and planning we aim to continually improve the environments at our homes in order to benefit the people living with us.
