integrated design
The integrated design team understands how the environment in which we live can impact on our lives. The team looks at all aspects of the environment both inside and outside of our homes in order to maximise the independence of the people who live with us.
The team looks at the colour and contrast of furnishings, walls and floorings. It liaises with sensory loss organisations to ensure that Cornwall Care keeps up to date with the very latest signage, lighting/lux levels and loop systems. The integrated design team also works in partnership with the Sensory Trust to ensure that the outdoor spaces are as purposeful and meaningful as the inside of the homes.
With careful thought and planning we aim to continually improve the environments at our homes in order to benefit the people living with us.
