At Cornwall Care we strive to maintain and exceed our own and our customers’ high standards.
Through our comprehensive and extensive education and training portfolio we ensure that all aspects of our service delivery from personal care to laundry duties are consistently of the highest calibre.
As a minimum all our care staff undertake a rigorous induction process to include all statutory training, customer service and dementia level I within the first 12 weeks of employment. They then must continue to complete NVQ level II and Dementia II. We believe that our education and training programme provides our staff with the confidence and awareness to meet both our clients’ needs and Cornwall Care’s expectations.
