Restorative Therapeutic Intervention at Home
My Progress Plus recognises that clients want to meet their full potential for health and wellbeing whatever their circumstances. We can assist you to enhance your life through a range of therapy options ensuring an improved quality of life.  My Progress Plus understands the importance of the relationship between body and mind and will strive to help you achieve that balance.

The purpose of the My Progress Plus service is to provide a holistic programme of client centred care and support within a person’s own home. We aim to support individual lifestyles by assessing physical and mental health as well as fitness, mobility and individual life challenges. We empower people to recover and maintain their independence and choice. The team is made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, trained Therapeutic Care Assistants and maintenance staff with specialist expertise in assistive technology and adaptation solutions for clients with specialist requirements.

Physiotherapy
My Progress Plus has a dedicated team of Physiotherapists who are  there to help clients with all issues relating to our clients' rehabilitation.  We cover the whole spectrum of age-related problems, whether orthopaedic in nature (knee/hip replacements, arthritis) or neurological (stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, etc).  We will carry out a comprehensive assessment of your general health and focus on issues relating to mobility.  Most clients want to stay as physically independent as possible, and we are here to maximise their opportunity to remain fit and active.  This is extremely important for those suffering from dementia, as daily living skills are very quickly lost if not practiced. 

Occupational Therapy
Our service is committed to supporting clients to maintain their independence. We achieve this through specialist assessment to identify any physical, cognitive or psychological needs which are then addressed through a treatment plan of interventions and goal oriented solutions.

Therapeutic Care Assistants
Our Therapeutic Care Assistants are trained to work closely with our Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. Their skills ensure your treatment plans are tailored around your specific needs and delivered consistently to achieve the best result.

Maintenance Crew
Our Occupational Therapy service has direct access to our maintenance crew, ensuring that clients receive a timely quality service in relation to structural and environment adaptations to their home.

Complementary Therapies
Our team of Complementary Therapists offer therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, healing and reflexology. Clients can receive a tailor made programme of therapeutic treatments to assist recovery or simply promote relaxation.
