Ronald McDonald saves the day!

Tom from Flexicare made Harry’s day at Mountford last week.

Mountford’s Harry was slightly agitated at the weekend and the staff asked him what the matter was. After some investigation and much chatting he calmed down and said that all he wanted was a McDonalds, so our team sent Tom from Flexicare on a mission at Harry's request to buy him a chicken burger, fries and a milkshake.

Harry normally is assisted with meals however this time he tucked in and ate the lot without any help at all and declared it lovely. It just shows how the art of listening is never wasted. Well done to the team for giving Harry just what he wanted.
